These 1927 Tudor style buildings evoke the Middle Ages with their fine brick and half-timber construction and elaborate stonework. The two identical red brick buildings sit side by side. Each consists of a center entrance bay flanked by window bays. The entry features a segmental arch door and leaded glass windows with irregularly shaped panes, including some colored segments. All residences have exposure on three sides, providing much sunlight and cross ventilation. Hardwood floors, traditional dining rooms, and hallways discretely separating bedroom and activity areas give these apartments a homey appeal.
